Utilizing your Apple Watch, this application allows you to track various exercises such as rope jumps, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and even walking or running. It's designed to support you in combating lethargy and promoting active habits.

How it Works:

 <li>The on-screen character, Jack Rope, mirrors your movements, accurately counting your jumps and allowing you to monitor your daily progress.</li>
 <li>By coordinating your hand movements and jumping at the right moment, you can enhance your scoring potential.</li>

Engage with your daily activities such as skipping rope, jumping jacks, walking, or running to amass coins. These coins can be exchanged for new skills and moves that further aid in overcoming personal challenges, as well as collecting power-ups and items. The game also offers a travel aspect, enabling players to advance from town to town and face a variety of challenges.

Embark on an explorative quest as you seek to identify and conquer demons in your vicinity. The map feature accommodates the discovery of over 50 unique demons, encouraging engagement with your local environment while boosting your abilities.

Standalone Watch App:
This application is specifically tailored for Apple Watch usage. While the iPhone app serves as a supplementary tool for tracking progress, Jack Rope Runs functions independently without necessitating a connected phone or internet access.

Health App Integrations:
Jack Rope Runs seamlessly integrates with the Health App (HealthKit), utilizing health data to present metrics on calories burned, steps taken, distance traveled, and current heart rate.
